When Agent Bliss arrives, he meets this alleged wife, but has his misgivings about the mysterious homestead. Unfortunately for Bliss, this is the only place he can go for help—a new Supreme Court ruling has made male impotency equally criminal to miscarriage, and Bliss needs to get out of here, whatever the cost.
